Complaints Policy and Procedures
We welcome feedback and aim to resolve complaints promptly and respectfully. Complaints can be made verbally or in writing to the manager, the resident teacher or to Jim Tibby, Chair of Satipanya Buddhist Trust. We will acknowledge the complaint within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 21 days, involving trustees if necessary.
Serious Incident Reporting Policy and Procedures
We are committed to transparency and the safety of all individuals. Any serious incidents (e.g. safeguarding concerns, financial loss, or reputational harm) will be promptly reported by the trustees to the Charity Commission, in line with their guidance.
Bullying and Harassment Policy and Procedures
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive environment. Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. Concerns should be reported to the manager, the resident teacher or to Jim Tibby, Chair of Satipanya Buddhist Trust. Complaints will be addressed promptly, sensitively, and confidentially.
